Lavneesh Gupta is Director of Operations, RBNL TV Biz

Reliance Broadcast Network Ltd. ( RBNL ) announced a key appointment in the upper level, with Lavneesh Gupta coming on board as director of business operations RBNL television . As part of his new portfolio , Gupta will be responsible for building on consumer insights to create content and solid marketing strategies and drive channel performance . Guptawill inform Tarun Katial , CEO of Reliance Broadcast Network.

An engineering graduate of IIT , Gupta is excited about their new entries in the M & E industry . He believes the industry will grow at a good pace in terms of compound annual growth rate over the next year and there will be many opportunities for learning and growth. During the past 16 years , Gupta has worked through the leading brands in BFSI industry category Standard Chartered Bank, ABN AMRO and Tata AIG Life Max and IndusInd Bank. His experience is varied through the treasury , credit, corporate, product management, strategy and management of retail and wealth . His last job before joining IndusInd Bank with RBNL was Executive Vice President and Head of Bancassurance and New Branch Distribution . He was responsible for income life insurance and general outlets in 500 branches and overall P & L of 150 new branches , which began during the last year.
