USC vs. Hawaii: Defense leads Trojans 30-13 victory.

USC finished off Hawaii 30-13 to win the football game in the season opener for both teams .

USC intercepted four passes by Hawaii quarterback Taylor Graham , converting turnovers into 20 points, the Trojans also sacked seven times , Graham .

Trojans starting quarterback Cody Kessler and his play in the third quarter, completing 10 of 19 passes for 95 yards and a touchdown and interception.

Max Wittek USC came into the possession of the second half and played the rest of the way, he completed five passes of 10 and 77 yards.

Each quarterback suffered from the decline by the All-American receiver Marqise Lee 10 yd line .

Lee caught eight passes for 104 yards.

USC ran for 191 yards against the linebacker Tre Madden to run for 109 yards on 18 carries and freshman Justin Davis ran 74 yards for a touchdown and a 14 .

Norm Chow 's patience with his Hawaii quarterback Taylor Graham was rewarded in the end with 30 seconds left in the game .

Graham had four passes intercepted connected to Keith Kirkwood scored on a 60 yard run Hawaii converted on the two point conversion .

My running back Justin Davis just careless when doing yard touchdown run .

Davis had 74 yards on 14 carries with 109 yards on 18 carries Tre Madden .

Night of USC quarterbacks Cody Kessler and Max Wittek will both be better if Marqise Lee looked nothing like the All-American.

Lee had two goals down through the line 10 yards against Hawaii.

Wittek under the heavy bombing that hit just right, Lee threw up in the numbers . That was right after it was thrown to the right of him.

Lee had 104 yards on eight catches .
